Dr. Shektman’s inspiration for a life dedicated to patient care came from a childhood experience that saw him hospitalized for trauma. Understanding the patients’ needs from a young age compelled him to help others feel confident, safe, and secure, thus his commitment to building lasting personal relationships with his patients.
Dr. Shektman is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is also a member of considerable standing for the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. After graduating as a general surgeon in 1995, he trained at the Albert Einstein School of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center in New York City – one of the top ten programs in the United States. He served as Chief Resident in Plastic Surgery from ’96-’97, when he moved back to Massachusetts to begin his private practice in Wellesley.

Elise is a licensed aesthetician here at Suite Six, with a passion for helping clients feel beautiful, confident, and truly cared for. She combines a warm, welcoming approach with advanced training in clinical treatments, including dermaplaning, HydraFacials, chemical peels, corrective skincare, waxing, and laser/PL services.
Currently expanding her education in medical aesthetics and healthcare, Elise believes in continuous growth, both personally and professionally. Her clients know her for her gentle technique, honesty, and genuine commitment to making people feel their best in their skin.

With 9 years of nursing experience and over 5 years devoted to aesthetic medicine, Arianna combines clinical expertise with an artistic eye to help clients look and feel their best. As a skilled nurse injector, she specializes in Botox, dermal fillers, and personalized skincare and aesthetic regimens tailored to each individual’s unique features and goals.
Arianna has received advanced training from world-renowned aesthetic experts, including Dr. Shino Bay Aguilera and Julie Horne, among others. Her approach focuses on natural, balanced results that enhance your confidence while maintaining your authentic beauty.
